Βοηθήστε ρε παιδια..


Σε έναν χρήστη έχω πρόβλημα με το Outlook. Ενώ μπαίνει κανονικά με το username του στα 2000 , οταν παει να ανοίξει το Outlοok , του βγάζει παραθύρι να ξαναπεράσει τα credentials. Ακόμα και όταν βάζει τα σωστά , συνεχίζει να του βγάζει το παράθυρο λέγοντας ότι ήταν λάθος....

Εχω κάνει ανεπιτυχώς ως τώρα τα εξής?

-Κλειδωμα /ξεκλείδωμα χρήστη για να κάνει refresh
- Reset password
- Reinstall Office 2000
-Install Office 2000


Για ρίξτε τα φώτα σας, έχει τύχει σε κανέναν???

Στα properties του Microsoft Exchange Server service στο outlook εκεί που λέει Password authentication τί έχεις; Ελπίζω όχι το None...

Αν εκεί που σου ζητάει τα credentials, βάλεις username kai password του Microsoft Exchange Server service account (π.χ. msx), θα μπορέσεις να μπείς μέσα στο mailbox του χρήστη;

password authentication αλλά έχω δοκιμάσει όλους τους συνδιασμούς... Εκεί να το αφήσεις, εκτός κι αν ο χρήστης γίνεται authenticate από άλλο domain. Οπότε θα πρέπει να το βάλεις στο none. Ping τον κάνεις τον exchange ??? Μήπως έχεις τίποτα λάθος hosts ή lmhosts files ???? Από DNS πώς πάμε;

οχι , βγάζει ότι είναι λάθος και να ξαναβάλω τα σωστα...

Το Outlook στο setup κάνει σωστά resolve και τον βρίσκει...αλλα στα credentials koll;aei..

Με DHCP είσαι; Αν ναι, κάνε ένα release/renew ....
Ο exchange ανήκει στο ίδιο domain με τον χρήστη; και αν ναι, σίγουρα αυτό το domain κανει authenticate τον χρήστη;

Event log client και server έχεις κοιτάξει;

Πως κάνω re-assign to mailbox στο χρήστη?

Αν και δεν νομίζω ότι έχει σημασία (αφού μου είπες ότι δοκίμασες και με το service account), αλλά μέσα από τον Exchange server πας στα properties του mailbox και επιλέγεις ποιό account είναι γι' αυτό.

Δες μήπως έχει κολλήσει κάποιο process στον χρήστη... (Outlook.exe, mapisp32.dll)

Και μου έχει ξανατύχει ρε μαμώτο προν 3-4 μήνες και δεν θυμάμαι τι έκανα...

Από άλλο σταθμό εργασίας, ρυθμίζοντας το outlook, μπορείς να μπείς στο mailbox του χρήστη; Και κάνοντας login σαν τον συγκεκριμένο χρήστη.... Για να αποκλείσουμε το πρόβλημα server.

RESOLUTION
Use one of the following methods to resolve this behavior.
Method 1
Import a valid registry key from a computer that is working correctly. To do this:
Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
Locate and then click the following key in the registry:

KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Rpc\ClientPro tocols
Click the ClientProtocols key.
On the File menu, click Export.
Save the file with a .reg or a .txt extension in the event you need to send the file by using Outlook. You must save and rename the attachment to a .reg extension to import the key.
Quit Registry Editor.
Rename the file that you just exported from a .txt file extension to a .reg extension, and then copy it to a folder on your computer.
Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).

Use Registry Editor to manually create the missing values. To do this:
Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
Locate and then click the following key in the registry:

Click Edit, click New, and then click String Value.
Edit the new string value with the name and data information that is in the table in the "Cause" section of this article.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each missing value.
Quit Registry Editor.

θα το δοκιμάσω και θα σας πώ...


αν και το έκανα ήδη αλλά δεν ξέρω αν έχω βάλει το σωστό registry

Στα account settings μηπως εχει κρατησει pass? Ειναι δηλαδη ενεργοποιημενο να αποθηκευει το κωδικο? Ο mail server σου επιτρεπει mail relay η πρεπει οι χρηστες να κανουν authenticate για να στειλουν μαιλ?

Το έλυσα τελικά....

Ήταν αυτό που έγραψα πιο πρίν... το είχα δοκιμάει και πιο πρίν αλλά δεν είχε δοκιμάσει γιατι το reg αρχείο που είχα ήταν από 2000 office και τώρα ήταν ΧΡ και δεν έβρισκε τον server. Μόλις έκνα εισαγωγή από άλλο μηχάνημα με ΧΡ δούλεψε.

Τι 2000 τι ΧΡ, το ίδιο είναι ...


Εξάλου 2000 σερβερ και 2000 exchange.Βασικά μες την τρέλα μου αυτά νόμιζα ότι ήθελες...
