View Full Version : PrimeCores 2010
Hello,
open this discussion to inform of new freeware app that i wrote recently,
is called PrimeCores,
based on prime numbers,
is multithreaded and capable of supporting up to 48 cores per CPU,
you can save tests to encrypted files,
here (http://www.xstreme.it/pc_online.html) server with verification and publication,
two external utiliy:
to convert the css files into html pages,
to run small stability system test,
can be downloaded from Softpedia (http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Benchmarks/PrimeCores.shtml) or MajorGeek (http://www.majorgeeks.com/PrimeCores_d6327.html)
http://www.xstreme.it/pic/s_pc1.gif
currently also working on fully 64-bit version,
for optimal results run benchmark with number of cores
in your CPU, such :
quad core is most efficiency with 221,578,740.
thanks and good benchmark.
Bonis
Tried it with a Sempron 140 (single core) on Win XP 32bit with 2GBs of RAM. CPU utilization @ 100% after running the program and stays there. No window opens. Closed the program from the task manager...
